New season, new roles 🌱 UXR Job Roundup (March 2026)

The equinox is here, and I always notice this shift around this time of year. People start reassessing their goals, teams begin opening new roles, and priorities feel a little clearer.

So if you’ve been thinking about your next move or even quietly asking yourself “what’s next for me?”

This is a good moment to pause and take a real look at what’s out there.

I’m excited to bring you another UXR Job Roundup.

It’s honestly one of my favorite things to put together for this community each month. Every role below was shared directly through my network or comes from teams I trust. These are not random job board pulls. These are real teams actively hiring across different levels. I’ve also taken the time to filter for roles that reflect what I’m consistently hearing from you all about where you want to grow.

Whether you’re:
• Actively applying
• Resetting your goals for the next few months
• Or simply trying to understand where the market is heading

🌱 Early Career (Entry-Level/Junior Roles):

If you’re early in your career, focus less on whether you “check every box” and more on how you tell your story. Pay attention to how these roles describe learning, collaboration, and ownership.


Then ask yourself: Can I clearly explain how I’ve contributed to a team, even in small ways? That clarity matters more than trying to sound overly experienced.


🎯 Mid to Senior Level Roles:

This is the level where a lot of people plateau without realizing it. The expectation is no longer just doing solid research. It’s showing how your work moves things forward.

As you review these roles, look for signals around:
- How research shapes product decisions
- How teams talk about impact
- How researchers partner with stakeholders

Then pressure test your own experience against that.

💼 Senior+ & Leadership:

  • Principal Researcher, Product Research & Insights Agentforce AI at Salesforce
  • Staff UX Researcher, Retail at Chewy
  • Research Manager, CPG Innovation at MMR Research
  • Sr. User Experience Researcher at StubHub
  • Sr. Researcher, Consumer Insights, Party Games at Netflix

At this level, it’s less about what you’ve done and more about how you think.

Teams are looking for researchers who can:
• Define problems, not just respond to them
• Influence direction, not just report findings
• Connect research to business outcomes clearly

If your work doesn’t show that yet, that’s where to focus your energy next.

If you’re actively job searching, I hope this gives you some strong leads to explore. And if you’re not applying right now, use this as a check-in point. Look at the patterns across these roles. Notice what’s being asked for repeatedly. That’s your signal for where the field is moving. The goal isn’t to react at the last minute, it’s to stay ready.
