Not because you’re not capable, but because what hiring managers are actually listening for isn’t always obvious.

That’s what we’re unpacking in this conversation.

I’ll be sitting down with a research leader at Userlytics who is actively hiring and building a team right now, and we’re going behind the scenes of how decisions are actually being made.
